Tabasha & Co Exchange Policy
1.1 Introduction
At Tabasha & Co (“Tabasha”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), we are committed to providing premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity, we operate under an Exchange-Only Policy. Refunds are not applicable except where required by law for defective, damaged, or misrepresented products.
1.2 Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and
packaging, with all tags intact.
2. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receipt or
purchase.
3. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt)
must be provided.
4. The product/order must have been delivered within Pakistan.
1.3 Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and
packaging, with all tags intact.
2. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receipt or
purchase.
3. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt)
must be provided.
4. The product/order must have been delivered within Pakistan.
1.4 Shipping Costs
o Customers are responsible for return courier costs, except when the
delivered item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
o In such cases, Tabasha will bear the shipping charges for both
return and replacement.
o We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining the receipt until your exchange is confirmed.
1.5 Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
1. Custom, Festive wear or personalized outfits (made-to-order items).
2. Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the
customer.
3. Items purchased on sale, discount, or during promotional campaigns.
4. Orders delivered outside Pakistan.
1.6 Damaged or Defective Products
We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 business days of delivery. Such items will be exchanged or repaired at no cost to the customer.
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us right away.

This policy is made in accordance with Pakistan’s Consumer
Protection Laws, which safeguard consumers’ rights in the case of defective,
damaged, or misrepresented goods.
