Shipping Policy

1.1 Introduction
Tabasha & Co (“Tabasha”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) is committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping for their orders. This shipping policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and other important information related to our shipping process.

1.2 Shipping Method
We offer several shipping options to our customers, including standard shipping and expedited shipping within Pakistan. We have partnered with Leopard Courier Service for shipping our parcel all over Pakistan. The availability and mode of shipping may vary depending on the item(s) in your order and your shipping destination.

1.3 Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your shipping destination. Within major cities of Pakistan, shipping typically takes between One to Three business days, while other cities & town may take up to five to seven business days.  Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as we are using 3rd Party Services. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, natural disasters, custom delays, or carrier delays. 

1.4 Order Processing and Dispatching 
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within TWO business days. Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.
If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Delivery Time is calculated from the day order is dispatched from our Warehouse/Office/Store.

1.5 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your shipping destination. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

1.6 Intenational shipping
We currently only offer international shipping to limited countries. If you do not see your country listed as a shipping option during checkout, please contact us for more information at [email protected]

1.7 Custom Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees charged by Tabasha. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on Custom Duties, Taxes, or any other similar charges for clearance of goods. 

1.8 Tracking Your Order
