However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that allows you to return the product and receive a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
1. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
3. The product must not be damaged or used.
4. The product/order must be delivered within Pakistan.

1.4 Shipping Costs
In any case, shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

2. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
3. Products that have been tampered with or modified by the customer.
4. Products/Orders delivered outside Pakistan.
1.6 Damaged Products
We do a comprehensive quality check before dispatching our all orders. In case you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately within 7 business days at [email protected] . We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund (i.e., Shipping Cost will be at Customer’s End).
